While everyone else is getting blitzed off eggnog cocktails, you can be getting glitzed. This biotin and collagen-infused eggnog recipe is just what you need to keep that hair and skin glowing into the new year.
Ingredients
2 large egg yolks
6 large eggs
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
4 cups whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
-
2 droppers of Wellabs Biotin&Collagen drops per serving
Additional grated nutmeg to garnish (Optional)
Directions
Gather your constituent ingredients
Combine the egg yolks, eggs, salt, and salt in a heavy 3-or-4 quart pan, while whisking it until it is thoroughly combined
Keep whisking the batter while pouring in milk in a steady and slow stream until it is smooth and bumpless
Transfer the mixture to a light pan. While using the lowest possible heat setting, stir this mixture continuously until your instant-read thermometer hits 160 F and the mixture thickens well enough to spread over the back of a spoon without dripping off. All other factors held constant, it should take between 45 minutes to an hour tops.
As soon as the mixture is evenly thickened, strain it through a fine-mesh sieve into another large bowl to get rid of bits of cooked egg
Add the nutmeg toppings and vanilla extract by stirring it into a smooth paste
Pour this mixture into a decanter, glass pitcher, or container and cover it securely using plastic wrap. For best results, refrigerate this egg custard mixture to chill the eggnog completely for at least 4 hours or up to 2 days
Pour the cream into a bowl and whip it to a soft finish when ready to serve it to your guests. In fact, fold the cold custard mixture into the whipped cream until it is perfectly combined.
Serve your ready eggnog in chilled glasses and garnish with a helping of nutmeg. Add 2 droppers of Wellabs Biotin & Collagen drops per serving.

Recipe Note
One of the main things that you shouldn't forget when preparing this eggnog without alcohol is that you have to steer clear of the temptation of turning up the heat in a bid to speed up the cooking. The extra heat will simply cook up your eggs leaving you with a chunky and lumpy finish instead of a smooth beverage.
